Lost Village 2017 - TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ

  1. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Valid tickets are exchanged for wristbands on entry, you are not permitted to collect wristbands on behalf of any other. For licensing purposes each individual in attendance needs a Ticket for the Event. Your ticket may be invalid if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced and we reserve the right to retain at our discretion. Tickets are for single entry / purchase and can be scanned only once. Tickets are valid between the 24th and 27th of August 2017 only and as stated on each individual ticket.
  2. Admission to the festival site is not permitted without a valid wristband. Wristbands are invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse you entry to and/or eject you from the event without refund.
  4. Proof of ID and age may be requested for entry on all ticket types. Failure to provide ID may result in entry being denied or you may be asked to leave the festival. See point 6 for acceptable photo ID.
  5. Lost Village 2017 is an 18+ event and ID may be required to prove your age.
  6. For ticket collections you must be able to produce photographic ID and the Credit / debit card on which the purchase was made.
    Acceptable photographic ID is;
    • An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence.
    • A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
  7. You may ONLY exchange your ticket for a wristband at the designated box office on the day stated on the front of your ticket. Tickets will not be accepted beforehand.
  8. There is no admission to the Event before the designated opening times on any day of the Event.
  9. Admission is at the Ticket Holders own risk. Lost Village and the premises licence holder will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons or third parties or force majeure.
  10. This ticket is only valid when purchased from official agents. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
  11. Search is a condition of entry to Lost Village and the Promoter reserves the right to search and confiscate. If found to be in possession of illegal substances, contraband goods, or dangerous items, the authorities will be contacted and you may be arrested.
  12. You may only leave and re-enter the venue if wearing a valid weekend wristband. There are no same day readmissions for any ticket holder.
  13. Duplicate tickets or wristbands will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Those without wristbands will be refused admission to the site or may be removed from the site. In all cases refunds will not be issued.
  14. Ticket holders must have departed the festival site no later than 1pm on Monday 28th August 2017. For security purposes all Lost Village tickets remain the property of Lost Ventures Limited at all times and all wristbands issued by Lost Village remain the property of Lost Ventures Limited until 1pm on Monday 28th August 2017.
  15. The promoter reserves the right to change the line-up and all billed attractions and timings without notification.
  16. Personal arrangements including but not limited to travel, subsistence, hospitality and accommodation which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Neither Lost Village nor its contracted agents shall be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure.
  17. Strictly no trading allowed on festival site without the Festivals consent.
  18. A condition of sale is ticket holders express consent to recording and use of your actual or simulated likeness within any film, photograph, audio and/or audio-visual recording to be used in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world, the copyright to which shall be owned by the Promoter or its contractors without payment or compensation.
  19. The use of equipment for recording or transmitting any audio, visual or audio/visual material without prior written consent from the festival is strictly forbidden. Any unauthorised equipment may be confiscated or destroyed by Lost Village.
  20. You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by Lost Village or any of its event staff or stewards.
  21. You shall not bring or hold in your possession, all or any of the following into the venue; fireworks, laser pens, laser equipment, animals (except assistance dogs), bottles or glass containers, or any item which the Promoter considers could be used as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives), items with an open flame and illegal substances.
  22. Kites, drones or other flying objects are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated or destroyed by Lost Village
  23. The festival reserves the right to search all vehicles entering the festival site.
  24. Campervans are permitted as long as they fulfil the criteria laid out in the terms and conditions listed at www.lostvillagefestival.com and a separate, valid ‘campervan’ ticket can be produced on entry and clearly displayed in the windscreen at all times.


    25. Warning: exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing and Strobe lighting may be used at the festival. For further terms and conditions, information and notifications please refer to the relevant pages at www.lostvillagefestival.com
