Ticket FAQ’s

Q. How can I buy tickets for the 2020 Summer Internationals
A. Tickets can be bought online at www.ticketline.co.uk or phone 0844 8889991 from 10am on Monday 3rd February

Q. What will the price of tickets be?
A. Online tickets purchased before 5th June are discounted and range from £29 to £42 for adult and youth (u-16) tickets are priced from £15 to £25 including fee. Tickets may be available on match days subject to availability.

Q. Are there tickets for a wheelchair area?
A. Tickets for the wheelchair area are available and include entry for a carer. These can be purchased by phoning the ticket hotline on 0844 8889991.

Q. Will tickets be available on match days?
A. Tickets for some parts of the ground may be available on match days subject to demand.

Q. What do I do if I have lost my ticket?
A. duplicate ticket, issued as a replacement for any ticket which has been stolen, lost or temporarily mislaid, will be issued by Ticketline only on production of a written statement by the person who originally purchased the ticket. If stolen, it is imperative that the theft is reported to the Police in order that a crime number can be allocated. This number is to be quoted on your written statement for duplicate tickets. An administrative charge of 10% of the face value will be made for each duplicate ticket.

Q. Can tickets be bought for a group?
A. Only Cricket Scotland member clubs can apply for group tickets

Q. Will tickets be available for the clubhouse?
A. Tickets for pavilion access are not currently available for public sale.

Q. Can I bring children into the venue without a ticket?
A. Children under 4 years old are permitted into the venue without a ticket but are required to sit on their parent/guardian’s lap. Youth tickets for u-16’s will be available.

Q. How do I get a refund if less than 10 overs are bowled

Venue FAQ’s

Q. Can I bring a bag into the ground?
A. You may bring one bag no larger than 45cmv30cmx14cm. A bag search policy will be in place and therefore please allow time for queuing.

Q. What do I do if my bag is oversize?
A. There are no storage facilities for oversized bags therefore you will not be able to leave a bag outside the venue.

Q. Can I bring food and drink into the venue?
A. Food and soft drink are permitted into the venue. NO alcohol is permitted or glass bottles.

Q. Wil there food and alcohol available in the venue?
A. Yes there will be a number of catering and bar outlets in the venue.

Q. Can I bring children into the stadium?
A. Children under 4 years old permitted into the Stadium without a ticket but are required to sit on their parent/guardian’s lap. Youth tickets for u-16’s will be available.

Q. What time will the matches start?
A. ODI matches are due to start at 11am and T20I matches at 3pm

Q. Is there any parking at the venue?
A. No there is no parking at the venue. Metred parking is available North of the ground.

Q. Is fancy dress permitted?
A. Fancy dress is permitted however please ensure your costume will not cause offense.

Q. Can I bring a pushchair into the venue?
A. We advise against brining pushchairs to the venue on match days. The venue will be very busy and unfortunately, we do not have any dedicated storage space.

Q. Can I pass out of the venue?
A. We operate a pass-out system which allows ticket-holders to leave and re-enter the venue. You will also need to show your ticket in order to re-enter the venue. No alcohol can be brought into the venue following a pass out and any bag will have to be searched again.


Please be aware, the following items are NOT permitted to be taken into the ground: Alcohol, Glass Bottles, Cans, Picnic Baskets, Weapons, Fireworks, Flares or Air Horns
