Heritage Live Concerts FAQ’s
Regarding tickets:

Do I need to pre-book tickets?
We are expecting the Heritage Live concerts to sell-out in advance of the show and so we do recommend that you buy your tickets well in advance. You can buy your tickets from ticketline.co.uk. We look forward to seeing you at the event!

I haven't received my tickets/confirmation email, who do I contact?
English Heritage do not manage the tickets to this event so you will need to contact ticketline.co.uk about this and they will be able to help you out.

Can I get a refund/change the date of my tickets?
Unfortunately due to the high demand for tickets, the tickets are non-refundable and not interchangeable.

Can I visit in the day and stay for the evening too?
You are more than welcome to visit Kenwood House / Audley End in the day however a separate ticket is required for the evening concerts and for evening parking. Also please be aware that visitors will be asked to leave and re-enter the site for the evening concerts.
Where can I park?
- Kenwood House: You are more than welcome to visit Kenwood House in the day before the concert, however please be aware that there will be no parking available for the evening.
- Audley End: There is plenty of parking available at site. Parking can be bought in advance during the ticket process for £5.
Is there disabled access/facilities?
Yes there will be disabled access and facilities at all of the Heritage Live concerts, if you would like further information please contact access@gcelive.com and they will be able to give you more details about the access and facilities at the event.
Are dogs allowed into the event?
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at the Heritage Live concerts.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes, you can. Small picnics can be brought in within a carrier bag / rucksack / hamper for consumption on the site (including sealed bottles of water). Please note that your bags may be subject to a search (as is common security practice at entrances to all large gatherings of people). Please also note, There will be lots of high-quality food outlets and bars at the event. Alcohol cannot be brought into the site and if found within your picnic or bags, will be confiscated.
Can I bring chairs to sit on?
Yes you can bring small camping chairs and picnic rugs to the concert. There will also be deck chairs available for hire if you don’t want to bring your own.
Are there food options for special diets?
There will be lots of catering options available from food outlets on site with options for special diets. Please make the catering outlet staff aware of specific allergens or dietary requirements and they will be able to advise you.
